What we collect: when you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number, plus your message. We do not collect anything you don’t type in yourself. Why we use it: to reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest); to send you our free guide and occasional helpful emails if you have ticked the box to say yes (consent – you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us); and to keep basic business records (legal obligation). Who we share it with: nobody buys or rents your data from us, ever. Our website, forms and email list run on WordPress, hosted with Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf under its own terms. How long we keep it: enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact; email list details until you unsubscribe. Your rights: under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
